Organization is underway for our “Symposium on Cognitive Effort”, which will be held on February 4th and 5th, 2019, at Carlos III University of Madrid. The symposium shall provide a forum for the exchange of ideas among selected experts from the various fields that are relevant to the project theme (including social stratification, behavioral and labor economics, cognitive psychology, and education). Our aims are to learn about related cutting-edge research and to discuss our research design and the validity of the envisaged methodology before implementing the experiments. The Distinguished Speakers at the symposium will be: Thomas Dohmen, Klarita Gërxhani, Sebastiaan Mathôt, Luis Miller, Javier Polavieja and Heike Solga. The program will be available soon.
