A warm welcome to our new team member, Paula! Paula is a researcher for the EFFORT project. Before completing her PhD in Management at IESE Business School, she studied Economics at Carlos III University of Madrid. Her research interests include social inequality in the labor market and strategic human capital management. Paula contributes to EFFORT by helping with the development of questionnaires for data collection. We are excited to have you on board, Paula!
